JLL to Handle Leasing of Houston Office Property
The asset comprises 275,000 square feet and is 81 percent occupied. The building is currently undergoing additional renovations from when it was last updated in 2013.

Spear Street Capital has tapped JLL to handle leasing for 515 Post Oak, a Class A office building in Houston.
Located in the Galleria/Uptown office submarket, the property comprises 275,000 square feet and is currently 81 percent occupied. Constructed in 1980 and last renovated in 2013, the asset is currently undergoing additional upgrades by the owner, which include improvements to the common areas and the landscaping, new lobby finishes and seating, a custom light fixture in the lobby, a new cafe concept with outdoor seating and a Wi-Fi-enabled tenant lounge with a wet bar, entertainment and shared workspaces. Additional amenities include conference rooms, on-site management and a fitness center.
JLL’s Senior Vice Presidents Russell Hodges and Bubba Harkins will lead the marketing and leasing efforts for the property.
Earlier this week, JLL represented ReliaStar Life Insurance Co. in signing Superior Essex to a 57,000-square-foot lease at a Class A office property in Sandy Springs, Ga.
