JLL’s Capital Markets Team Grows with Orange County Addition

Irvine, Calif. – JLL is strengthening its full-service capital markets team in the Southwest Region following the announcement thatG. Ryan Smith has joined the firm as its new executive vice president.

Offering more than 22 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Smith moves to JLL following his time with Peregrine Realty Partners, where he was a principal and co-founder. His primary responsibilities included sourcing new investment opportunities as well as debt, equity, and asset management. Before that, Mr. Smith created Buchanan Street Partners’ Investment Sales group.

Mr. Smith is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. A University of Southern California alumnus, Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance, and has also spent time working at other brokerages.

Currently located in Orange County, G. Ryan Smith will help the full-service provider of capital solutions by adding his insight and experience. According to Zietsman, “Ryan created a platform of office and industrial properties throughout Southern California.”
