JM Adds New VP to Denver Office
Holding more than two decades of experience in the field, Marcia Howes will be responsible for leading the company’s global supply chain organization.
Johns Manville, a global building and specialty products manufacturer and a Berkshire Hathaway company, hired Marcia Howes as vice president of global supply chain in its Denver office. She will be responsible for leading JM’s global supply chain organization and for developing and implementing the company’s supply chain strategy.
Prior to joining Johns Manville’s team, Marcia worked as a vice president chief supply chain officer at BJC HealthCare in St. Louis, where she led supply chain organization and partnered with providers to deliver superior outcomes and better value to patient care. She brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of supply chain and in driving operational excellence across complex organizations. She previously served as vice president of global supply chain & head of global planning at Ecolab.
Marcia earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering.
“Her extensive experience in supply chain management will benefit JM and our suppliers as we work together to successfully grow our businesses,” Greg Clarke, senior vice president & CFO, said in a statement.
