John Lo Joins CBRE as SVP

John will bring more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to his new role. Prior to joining CBRE, John worked for three years at JLL.

John Lo has joined CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team as a senior vice president. He will be based in CBRE’s Seattle office and will initiate commercial, multifamily and structured finance loans and in the area. He will report directly to CBRE Capital Markets Executive Managing Director Jeff Majewski.

John brings more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and has completed more than $6 billion in debt and equity closings in his career. He will offer debt originations, structured financings and joint venture equity investments for all property types.

Prior to joining CBRE, John served as managing director at JLL. During his three years spent at JLL, he led the firm’s real estate investment banking practice for the Pacific Northwest region. Before JLL, John was a founding and lead partner at Bluewater Realty Capital, a VP at Intervest Mortgage and a VP at Eastdil Secured.

“John will help enhance our market leading capabilities in corporate real estate financing services in the region and we look forward to his contributions to our national platform,” Majewski said in prepared remarks.

John Lo holds a BS degree in finance from the University of Southern California.
