Kingsbarn Realty Capital Sells CA Asset
Boyd Watterson Asset Management purchased the 77,790-square-foot office building located in Camarillo for $15.6 million. The fully occupied asset came online in 1985.
After recently purchasing a Class A office building in Foothill Ranch, Calif., Kingsbarn Realty Capital has sold a 77,790-square foot asset in the Camarillo submarket of Los Angeles. According to Yardi Matrix data, Boyd Watterson Asset Management paid $15.6 million for the Class B office property, which is $2.8 million more than what Kingsbarn Realty Capital paid for the asset in 2014.
Located at 5141 Verdugo Way, the office building is within 3 miles of downtown Camarillo. The property is adjacent to several dining venues and nearby Ventura Freeway offers easy access to Ventura and Thousand Oaks.
Completed in 1985, the two-story asset underwent cosmetic renovations in 2006, under the ownership of Hill Street Realty. According to Yardi Matrix data, at the time of the transaction the building was fully occupied. The property is located on 4.27 acres, with common-area amenities including controlled access and 272 parking spaces.
