Kushner Real Estate Group Inks New Jersey Lease
The tenant is relocating its North American headquarters at the 139,000-square-foot office property.
Kushner Real Estate Group has inked a 9,624-square-foot lease at Bedminster 78 Corp Center, a 139,000-square-foot office building in Bridgewater, N.J.
Principal Drew Persson with Avison Young negotiated on behalf of the tenant, Biocon Biologics, which will use the space as its new North American headquarters location. Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the landlord.
Bedminster 78 Corp Center is a Class B, three-story office building at 685 U.S. Route 202/206 that features two passenger elevators, 46,196-square-foot floorplates, 2,500 square feet of retail space and 680 parking spots. Completed in 1986, the property underwent cosmetic renovations in 2009, according to CommercialEdge. The tenant roster includes CyberThink Inc. and CTech Analytical Solutions among others, the same source shows.

The approximately 10-acre office asset offers direct access to Interstate 287 and is 30 miles north of Trenton, N.J. Linden Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport are some 26 and 33 miles away.
Justin Gingeleskie, alongside Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director William O’Keefe and Executive Managing Director Charlie Parmelli, represented the tenant.
More office activity in New Jersey this year
Other office deals in the New Jersey area since the beginning of the year include the 22,000-square-foot lease signed by accounting and consulting firm Meisel, Tuteur & Lewis PC with landlord Vision Real Estate Partners. The tenant relocated to the Eisenhower/280 Corporate Center, a three-building office complex in Roseland, N.J., after previously occupying space at another office building within the same campus.
Since February, JLL is in charge of leading leasing efforts for BPD Holdings’ The Iris, a ground-up office project totaling 130,000 square feet in Montclair, N.J. Designed by Gensler, the development will rise on the former site of a vacant six-story warehouse.
