Landsea Homes has relocated its corporate headquarters from Irvine, Calif. to Newport Center, a 249,000-square-foot office building in Newport Beach, Calif. The new 10,671-square-foot office will serve as the center of Landsea Homes’ corporate strategy, legal, finance and capital markets and will provide oversight of the company’s operations across the nation.
The new headquarters is located at 660 Newport Center Drive, near freeways 1 and 73, within 6 miles of John Wayne Airport. Additionally, Newport Center is located 15 miles from the company’s previous office where the Southern California division employees will continue to work.
“It was important for us to establish a strong corporate headquarters presence in a thriving area that can support the ongoing expansion and growth of our local divisional operations in Southern California, Northern California, Arizona and the Northeast,” said CEO John Ho of Landsea Homes, in prepared remarks. “We are pleased to join the marque companies located at Newport Center.”
