LeaseQuery Inks 53 KSF Lease in Northern Atlanta
The accounting software company will occupy more than 50,000 square feet at the Class A high-rise located in the Central Perimeter submarket.
LeaseQuery has signed a lease for 52,888 square feet at Three Ravinia, a Class A 814,000-square-foot office building in Atlanta. The owner, Preferred Apartment Communities Inc., participated through its subsidiary Preferred Office Properties LLC. Cushman & Wakefield assisted the landlord, while Scotland Wright Associates represented the tenant in the negotiations.
LeaseQuery will occupy the so-called Super Floor of Three Ravinia, which has double the floorplate than the building’s typical floor. According to Cushman & Wakefield, this new location is the company’s third expansion in two years. The accounting software company intends to hire up to 200 new employees in the next year.
Class A offices in the Central Perimeter
Located at 3 Ravinia Drive in the Central Perimeter submarket, the high-rise is 15 miles North of downtown Atlanta, adjacent to the Perimeter Mall. The 31-story building is near Interstate 285 and across from Murphey Candler Park, in an area filled with shopping and dining options. There are three MARTA stations nearby and The Atlanta International Airport in Dunwoody is approximately 4 miles northeast of the property.
Completed in 1991, Three Ravinia underwent cosmetic renovations in 2015, according to Yardi Matrix data. The LEED-certified building offers various amenities such as a fitness center, conference center, 24/7 on-site security and more than 2600 parking spaces. The property is currently 98.3 percent occupied.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Andy Sumlin and Kyle Kenyon represented the landlord, while Michael Tucker, Scott O’Halloran and Robert Patton of Scotland Wright Associates negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
In May, coworking firm Spaces leased 40,000 square feet at a Class A office campus located just 2 miles West of Three Ravinia.
