Lee & Associates Negotiates Lease for Specialized Gym
Proactive Sports Performance will be tripling its current footprint by moving into the new location.

Proactive Sports Performance signed a lease for a 16,200-square-foot building in Westlake Village, Calif., with landlord Westlake Industrial Complex LP. The training company, offering private services for professional athletes and others, will be moving from its current 5,000-square-foot location at 3155 Willow Lane.
Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura has brokered the lease on behalf of the tenant, who is planning to upgrade the building. The new gym’s amenities will include a basketball court, plunge pools, altitude chambers and a biomechanics laboratory. The facility is scheduled to open in 2020.
The property was built in 1978 and is located at 31425 Agoura Road, at the intersection with Lindero Canyon Road. It also offers easy access to the Ventura Freeway and is close to numerous dining and retail options.
The tenant was represented by Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Principal Grant Fulkerson. The landlord was represented by Timothy Foutz of NAI Capital.
