Principal Life Insurance Renews Fort Worth Lease
Principal Life Insurance Co. has renewed its 17,000-square-foot lease at One Rigmar Centre in Fort Worth, Texas. JLL negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of the tenant, while Navstar Commercial represented the landlord.

One Ridgmar Centre in Fort Worth, Texas
Principal Life Insurance Co. has renewed its 17,179-square-foot lease at One Rigmar Centre in Fort Worth, Texas. According to Yardi Matrix data, the property is currently roughly 85 percent occupied.
Located at 6500 West Freeway, the 177,199-square-foot office building was completed in 1986 and features 750 square feet of retail space and 616 parking spaces. The property offers easy access to Interstate 30, multiple public transportation, dining and shopping options. Tenants include Tsar Operating Co., Nine Energy Service and Pape-Dawson Engineers.
JLL Managing Director Pat McDowell negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of the tenant, while Navstar Commercial’s Phil Sandlin represented the owner, Frontier Equity.
Earlier this year, Frontier Equity acquired the 10-story Fort Worth office building from Navstar Commercial.
