Lincoln Property Arranges Lease in Andover

Lincoln Property Co. recently announced it closed a 33,000-square-foot lease to Physical Sciences Inc. (PSI) at 6 Riverside Drive in Andover, Mass. Lincoln’s Rob Cronin, senior vice president, and Ken Oppenheim, vice president, represented the owner, Q Investments. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Dalton represented the tenant.
PSI will move its Tactical Robotics team into the new space, bringing the building’s occupancy to 100 percent. “This is an ideal site for Physical Sciences Inc. and we are pleased to accommodate their growth as they expand within Andover,” Cronin said in a prepared statement.
The property is located four miles away from Interstate 495 and roughly 30 miles away from downtown Boston. The two-story, 77,000-square-foot building offers research, development and office spaces. Area amenities include The Irish Cottage, Chili’s Grill & Bar or Hickory Hill Golf Course.
Physical Sciences Inc., a small scientific research company, provides technology solutions and products to both government and commercial users. For more than 20 years, the company has been headquartered in Andover, in a 68,000 square feet building at 20 New England Business Center Drive. Additionally, PSI also has operations in Pleasanton, Calif.
Lincoln Property Co., a national commercial real estate company, recently expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a Class A office building at 2777 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix.
