Lincoln Property Co. Tops Out AZ Office Asset
The property is the second of eight planned buildings at The Grand at Papago Park Center in Tempe, which will house 1.8 million square feet of office space.
Lincoln Property Co. has topped out The Grand at Papago Park Center 2, the second of eight planned office buildings within The Grand at Papago Park Center, a 60-acre mixed-use development currently under construction in Tempe, Ariz.
The Grand 2 is located at 1027 W. Roosevelt Way, just north of downtown Tempe and 3.5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The 352,000-square-foot Class A office property will feature a two-story lobby with natural wood ceilings, a 12,000-square-foot first-floor amenity lounge with a sit-down restaurant, lounge area and conference facilities.
Tenants at the nine-story property will have access to a private fitness center with Peloton equipment, a rooftop lounge, a catering kitchen for corporate events and views of the Papago Buttes, Hole in the Rock and Camelback Mountain.
DAVIS served as the project architect and Whiting-Turner is the general contractor of the project.
“Grand 2 is another of our highly visible and remarkable Valley of the Sun projects,” said DAVIS Founder & CEO Mike Davis, in prepared remarks. “We were inspired by its vibrant location along the Loop 202/Red Mountain Freeway, its proximity to Arizona State University and the energy of Papago Park Center. This office space anchors the mixed-use development and is destined to become a Tempe showcase.”
The building is part of the 1.8 million square feet of office space being developed at The Grand at Papago Park Center, a development that will include a total of 3.2 million square feet of office, multifamily, hotel, retail and restaurant space.
