Vice President Jeff Henson and Leasing Associate George Gwaltney of LPC Southeast led the leasing efforts on behalf the landlord, WePartner Management. Kent Lilley, president at Westport Realty Group, represented the new tenant, SRG Technology LLC. The company is leasing 3,348 square feet of space at the property. “The Cumberland-Galleria area has been one of the most attractive in metro Atlanta for years, and having the new Braves’ SunTrust Park nearby has only enhanced that,” said Lincoln’s Henson, in a prepared statement.
Located in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta, the four-story office property was completed in 1986 and underwent cosmetic renovations in 2013, according to Yardi Matrix data. The building is close to dining and shopping venues, hotels and Atlanta Braves baseball. The location offers proximity to Interstate 75 and the I-285 Perimeter Highway.
