Atlanta—Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has announced that the company is marketing Northwinds VII, a 150,000-square-foot, Class A office building located within Northwinds Office Park in Alpharetta, Ga. Senior vice presidents Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell of Lincoln represent the owner of the Northwinds Office Park, The Brookdale Group.
“Northwinds VII represents an attractive opportunity for users to lease a large block of space in one of the most appealing developments in the area. The location of Northwinds has always been desirable to tenants, and other development in the area, specifically Avalon, has only made it more appealing,” said Howell in a prepared statement.
Built in 1997, the six-story office building features 25,000-square-foot floor plates, controlled access and 594 parking stalls, according to Yardi Matrix. Located at 2550 Northwinds Parkway, the property offers easy access to Highway 400 via Haynes Bridge Road and is less than one mile away from Avalon, an 86-acre mixed-use project.
The Brookdale Group plans to execute an extensive $1.6 million refurbishment at Northwinds VII, including a makeover of the lobby, expanded rear patio, new restrooms and upgraded landscaping and signage. The renovations are expected to complete in April.
