Lockaway Storage Expands in Metro San Antonio
The company acquired Storage Solutions of Boerne, a 465-unit facility in Boerne, Texas.

Boerne, Texas—Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Storage Solutions of Boerne in Boerne, Texas, which is part of the San Antonio MSA.

Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold structured the off-market transaction between the local seller and the buyer, Lockaway Storage. Lockaway operates more than 50 self-storage properties in California and Texas.
The Boerne facility was built in 2009 and consists of 465 units totaling 67,500 net rentable square feet. The 7.9-acre property is located about 30 miles northwest of San Antonio and was 83 percent occupied at the time of closing.
Bellomy & Co. has offices in Austin, Houston and Atlanta, with a team exclusively focused on the self-storage industry.
