LST Marketing to Relocate Dallas Branch
The marketing company will move its local office from Far North Dallas to Uptown/Oak Law as early as this spring.

LST Marketing will relocate its Dallas office from 15660 N. Dallas Parkway to 4514 Travis St. The marketing firm is set to complete the move as early as this spring.
LST’s new branch is located within Dallas’ second tightest submarket, Uptown/Oak Law, one mile from U.S. Route 75. The property offers easy access to multiple public transport, dining and shopping options, including Ziziki’s, Little Katana and Trader Joe’s.
Brad Selner, managing director at JLL, negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ward Eastman and Lauren Napper represented the landlord. Last year, Napper also negotiated multiple lease renewals at Fountain Place, a 1.3 million-square-foot downtown Dallas office tower.
“As more companies make their way to Dallas-Fort Worth, the business opportunities for firms like LST Marketing continue to mount,” Selner said in a prepared statement.
