MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC is spearheading leasing efforts for The O’Dea Medical Arts Building, a Class A medical office building, situated on the campus of University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center (UM SJMC) in Towson, Md. MacKenzie’s Joe Bradley, Matt Mueller, Meghan Roy and Henson Ford will represent the owner in securing tenants.

The five-story building offers spaces ranging from 1,000 to 6,200 square feet. The property was built in 1990 and features covered parking. Located at 7505 Osler Drive, the 100,000-square-foot property has easy access to Interstate 695 via N. Charles Street.  The property is situated in an area with a total health care expenditure of more than $322 million within a three-mile radius.
