The company’s Tampa and Chicago Oak Brook offices facilitated the sale of the 261-unit self storage property located in Granite City, Ill.

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of 4 Your Stuff Storage, a 261-unit facility in Granite City, Ill., for $3.7 million. The firm’s Tampa and Chicago Oak Brook offices represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal.
Located at 3117 W. Chain of Rocks Road, the 4 Your Stuff Storage is near major thoroughfares, such as Interstate 270 and freeways 3 and 203. Additionally, the storage property is situated approximately 15 miles from downtown St. Louis, Miss.
The eight-building storage facility was built on 4.6 acres in five phases between 2006 and 2010 and comprises units ranging from 32 to 480 square feet, Yardi Matrix data shows. Characteristics of the facility include climate control, drive-up access and security camera. The storage also offers parking and RV parking spaces and 24-hour access.
Marcus & Millichap’s brokerage team included Investment Associate Britney Hendricks, Senior Vice President Sean Delaney and Executive Managing Director Michael Mele. The team has also recently arranged the sale of StorageKeep, a 560-unit facility in Newburgh, Ind.
