Mark Sneed Appointed Senior VP at SRS Tampa

Mark Sneed, former president of MTS Advisors, has joined SRS Real Estate Partners’ Tampa office as senior vice president. Sneed’s new responsibilities are tenant representation, development, investment sales, and landlord representation with a concentration on the Tampa and Orlando markets.

Sneed joins SRS from MTS Advisors—his own company—however, he has been employed by or partnered with The Vlass Group, Hagan Properties, Casto Southeast, DDR Corp., Colonial Properties and other well-known developers in the Southeast. He takes pride in close to 30 years of commercial real estate experience, during which time his specialties were retail and restaurant deals. He currently holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the CRX (Certified Retail Executive) and the CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) designations bestowed by The CCIM Institute and The International Council of Shopping Centers.

Sneed has assisted retail chains and restaurants such as Burger 21, Grillsmith or The Melting Pot with their Central and West Florida expansion programs, taking care of their site selection and location needs. Over his career, Sneed has sold in excess of $115 million of investment properties, including both single-tenant triple-net deals and multi-tenant properties. He has leased and/or developed several high profile lifestyle projects as well, like The Winter Park Village or the Uptown Altamonte in the Orlando market. Additionally, he has collaborated in lease or sale transactions on behalf of Burger King, Steak & Shake, Subway, Target, Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowes, Stein Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Sweetbay Supermarket, Dress Barn, Payless Shoes, Supercuts, Ann Taylor Loft and Pier 1.
