San Francisco—Ensemble Real Estate Investments and AECOM Capital, with construction financing from ACORE Capital, will bring a new 250-key hotel to Silicon Valley’s Menlo Gateway project in January 2018. Designed by Cuningham Group and McCartan Interior Design, Hotel Nia will be part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection and will be managed by Sage Hospitality. Webcor Builders is the general contractor.

The topping out of the 11-story building, which also includes 43 suites, was celebrated on March 28, 2017. The luxury 4-star hotel is part of a larger project, which will include three office buildings and accompanying parking structures. The hotel features a pool and spa, 11,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a large ballroom, 9,000 square feet of outdoor venues, complete with a garden courtyard and expansive deck space with cabanas and fire pits, a coastal Mediterranean restaurant, an indoor/outdoor cocktail bar and a café.

Located at 200 Independence St., Menlo Park, Calif., the property is just off highway 101, between the San Jose and San Francisco International Airports.  The hotel is in close proximity to downtown Palo Alto and Stanford University, the San Francisco Bay and many innovative companies, including Facebook.
