TownePlace Suites by Marriott has opened a new extended-stay hotel in the greater Nashville area, following the completion of construction work. Featuring 101 all-suite guestrooms, the hotel is owned by Camino Hospitality, a local investor based in Clarksville, Tenn.
Known as TownePlace Suites Nashville Goodlettsville, the property is located at 830 Conference Drive in Goodlettsville, on the eastern side of Interstate 65 and 12 miles from downtown Nashville. One mile north of the Rivergate Mall, the building also sits near a number of big-box retail options, including Target, Best Buy and Walmart. The four-story hotel offers a range of amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, event and meeting space, an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and a fitness center with an indoor pool. The pet-friendly hotel is also located near a number of dog parks in the local area.
Development work on the property began in 2015, and JVK Constructors served as the general contractor for the project. Wilson Bank & Trust provided $6.8 million in construction financing, according to Davidson County public records.
