Marriott will open a 192-key Courtyard property close to Denver Airport next week. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise and will be managed by Stonebridge Cos.

Located at 4343 Airport Way, Courtyard by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park is situated within a 15-minute drive of Denver International, just off the Interstate 70/Peña Boulevard interchange. The hotel offers easy access to various local attractions including The Shops at Northfield, Pepsi Center, Vail Colorado, Denver Museum of Nature, Denver Zoo and Red Rock Amphitheatre.

The six-story building features common-area amenities including the brand’s latest lobby design, a newly designed bistro offering a mix of breakfast options, as well as cocktails, beer and wine. The list of amenities also includes a business center, fitness center, guest laundry and three meeting and event rooms totaling 1,500 square feet.
