Marriott has opened the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport, a 178-key hotel and conference center located within half a mile of Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport. The asset previously operated as a Clarion Hotel. BASK Development will continue to manage the building under its new flag. Amin Amdani, a private real estate investor, acquired the property for $7.8 million in 2015, according to public records.
Located at 5311 S. Howell Ave., the three-story property sits eight miles south of downtown Milwaukee, near interstates 41, 43 and 94, enabling direct access throughout the wider region. The county’s transit system operates a bus stop next to the hotel’s 8.9-acre parcel, offering direct access to both the city center and the airport.
The recently renovated airport hotel features a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites. The property includes more than 17,000 square feet of conference and meeting space along with an on-site restaurant—Cork N’ Cleaver. Guest amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a 24-hour business center and complimentary Wi-Fi.
