MCR Devlopment Completes Courtyard by Marriot Revamp
The newly renovated Courtyard by Marriott of Brownsville is located minutes from a major economic hub in South Texas.

San Antonio—MCR Development announced the completion of a renovation of Courtyard by Marriott Brownsville, a 90-key select-service hotel located in historic Brownsville, Texas.
The newly renovated hotel features a completely updated exterior with a stucco façade. The interior of the property was also refreshed—the lobby has been upgraded and the guestrooms are now equipped with modern furniture and décor, while a bistro was added to create a socializing space for guests.
Courtyard by Marriott Brownsville is located off Interstate 69E, a main travel artery in South Texas, just minutes from Port of Brownsville, a major economic hub for the area. The hotel is a short drive from Mitte Cultural District, and minutes from the University of Texas at Brownsville, South Padre Island, Matamoros, Mexico, and various gold courses, shops and restaurants. Businesses near the hotel include Keppel Amfels, SATA USA, Emerson, CK Technologies and Homeland Security facilities.
