St. John Properties arranged three leases totaling more than 19,000 square feet at Cromwell Center in Towson, Md. The Goddard School, an early childhood education provider, will occupy 12,000 square feet. The additional leases were signed with Anne Arundel Dermatology and McDonnell Consulting.
Located at 809-810 Gleneagles Court, directly off the Baltimore Beltway, the two-building, 120,000-square-foot office asset offers easy access to Towson Place and Towson Town Center shopping malls. Owned and managed by St. John Properties, Cromwell Center features 600 parking spaces.
Expanding franchise
David O’Brien owns and operates four Goddard School franchises in the area and will be in charge of the Cromwell Center location. The latest franchise will occupy a new building that is expected to be completed in early 2018. Last year, Goddard School also signed a lease with St. John for 13,000 square feet at Greenleigh at Crossroad in Baltimore, where it operates a school that can serve approximately 250 students ranging from six weeks to five years of age.
“Based on our research, the greater Towson area is underserved by educational child care providers and we are seizing this opportunity in the Baltimore County marketplace featuring attractive demographics for our concept,” O’Brien said in a prepared statement.
Matt Lenihan, assistant vice president of leasing for St. John Properties, represented the landlord in each of the three leases.
