JLL has negotiated a 4,634-square-foot office lease for HeartSciences in Southlake, Texas. The medical device manufacturer will relocate its corporate headquarters to Granite Place I at Southlake Town Square. JLL’s Steve Thelen, managing director, and Kimarie Ankenbrand, vice president, negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Burson Holman and Avery Bush represented Granite Properties.
The six-story, 158,000-square-foot office building is located at 550 Reserve St., within the shopping precinct of Southlake. Granite Place I offers easy access to various hotels and dining options, including Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square, Copeland’s of New Orleans and Truluck’s. The Class A office property features more than 450 parking spaces.
“Granite Place I provides an ideal real estate solution that allows HeartSciences to continue developing medical devices that enable accurate, affordable screening for early detection of heart disease,” Steve Thelen said in prepared remarks.
Last month, JLL negotiated a 10,000-square-foot lease in Plano, Texas, for an educational architectural and engineering firm.
