Tampa, Fla.—Caleb Lewis has joined JLL as Vice President at the firm’s Tampa office. He will work closely with JLL’s Tampa leadership to grow the firm’s market share in Tampa Bay and improve the firm’s tenant representation services.
Lewis earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Greensboro College in North Carolina. He is a member of the trade organization NAIOP and is also affiliated with the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa and The University Club. Lewis brings more than 11 years of commercial real estate experience to his new position. So far he has represented clients in the leasing and purchase of 2.4 million square feet of office space. Lewis’ addition to the Tampa office comes on the heels of JLL’s recent acquisition of Cresa’s South Florida offices.
Previously, Lewis served as the sole Principal of the Cresa Tampa Bay office, where he specialized in tenant representation. Prior to his role at Cresa, he worked for 10 years at Bishop & Associates, a Tampa-based boutique commercial real estate firm, where he represented tenants as well as landlords.
JLL is present in in all major Florida markets including Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Orlando and Jacksonville with approximately 650 employees, and provides leasing, tenant and landlord representation, property management, project and development and investment sales services. The company’s leasing and management portfolio in Florida includes more than 28.6 million square feet.
