Meet Sterling Organization’s New Vice President, Investments for Florida
Milgram comes to Sterling from a stint in New York at Ackman-Ziff.
David Milgram has joined Sterling Organization’s team as vice president, investments for Florida. Prior to joining Sterling Organization, Milgram was an associate at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in New York City. While at Ackman-Ziff, he participated in the underwriting and execution of over $500 million of closed debt, joint venture equity, and investment sale transactions of office and retail properties. Previously, as a college and graduate school student, Milgram held internship positions with Forest City Ratner, Robert K. Futterman & Associates and The Shopping Center Group. He graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in history and received a master’s in real estate finance from Georgetown University.
Milgram’s new responsibilities as vice president, investments – Florida at Sterling Organization will include sourcing and executing acquisitions throughout the state. He will also be assisting with strategic corporate initiatives and special projects pursued by Sterling Organization. He will be based at the firm’s headquarters in Palm Beach and will report to Managing Director of Investments Michael McCarthy.
