MetLife Leases New Office in Southfield

Southfield, Mich.—Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions negotiated the lease of 26,607 square feet of office space in Galleria Office Center to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. The office complex, located at 300 Galleria Road in Southfield, Mich., is the property of Galleria Owner LLC.

David Friedman, executive managing director & CEO, and Robert Gagniuk, brokerage associate at Friedman, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Galleria Office Center is a multi-tenant property offering more than 1 million square foot of space, almost half of which is available for lease. Amenities include a full-service cafeteria, banking facility, convenience store and covered parking, according to the information on Friedman’s website.
