Midcoast Properties Brokers Sale of GA Storage
The brokerage firm worked on behalf of the seller, a private owner, in the deal. The 724-unit facility is situated in Stockbridge, Ga., about 24 miles from downtown Atlanta.

Midcoast Properties has arranged the sale of Storage World, a 91,000-rentable-square-foot facility in Stockbridge, Ga. The firm represented the seller, a private owner in the deal. The property will be rebranded as Storage Xxtra.
Located at 490 Eagles Landing Parkway, the facility is close to Freeway 42 and Interstate 75 and is approximately 24 miles from downtown Atlanta. The area is densely populated, with about 5,800 apartment communities situated within a 5-mile radius.
The facility, which was built in three phases between 2005 and 2017, occupies more than 5 acres. It comprises six buildings totaling 724 units ranging from 25 to 450 square feet, according to Yardi Matrix data. Amenities include climate control, personalized keypad-entry, surveillance cameras, perimeter fencing and an office with moving supplies. Additionally, the facility offers on-site management, truck rental options and 24-hour access.
Dale Eisenman of Midcoast Properties brokered the sale of the storage facility. In June, the company also arranged the sale of Storage Express, a 46,000-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Columbia, S.C.
