NAI Hiffman Brokers Four Chicago Leases

All properties are located in Chicago's O’Hare submarket and offer a mix of office and industrial space. The assets, totaling 170,000 square feet, are owned by Prologis.

NAI Hiffman completed two new lease agreements and two renewals in the Chicago’s O’Hare submarket. Eric Tresslar, the company’s executive vice president, led the leasing efforts. All four properties have the same owner, Prologis, and total more than 170,000 square feet of office and industrial space.

Expanding, relocating and renovating

The two new leases will provide additional space for the tenants’ growing operations. The properties are located at:

  • 1501 Nicholas St. in Elk Grove Village, Ill. The 76,697-square-foot facility is the third one that GCR Corp., a refurbishment and service center for several manufacturers of consumer electronics products, occupies in Elk Grove.
  • 500 Thorndale Ave. in Wood Dale, Ill. Associated Global Systems, a global logistics and supply chain, moved its operations into the 34,215-square-foot property from Elk Grove Village. The facility provides highly functional loading and 9,000 square feet of office space.

The other two transactions are lease renewals for Atrend USA and Ludwig Dairy/Ludwig Foods.

  • Atrend USA, a manufacturer of speaker enclosures, will continue to operate from the 42,260-square-foot property at 2701 Lively Blvd.
  • Ludwig Dairy/Ludwig Foods’s lease renewal at 1270-1280 Mark St. will include several tenant improvements.
