NAI Nabs Atlanta Industrial Leasing Assignment
The newly built, 432,000-square-foot industrial cross-dock facility recently changed hands, when Cabot Properties acquired the asset from Huntington Industrial Partners.

Cabot Properties has selected NAI Brannen Goddard to head up leasing efforts for the Braselton 85 Business Center, a 432,000-square-foot industrial asset in the northeastern suburbs of Atlanta. The owner acquired the property from Huntington Industrial Partners earlier July. The seller had previously tasked CBRE to oversee the lease-up of the building.
Located at 155 Braselton Parkway in Atlanta’s Braselton/West Jackson submarket, the building is situated right next to Interstate 85’s Exit 129. Positioned next to a number of recently constructed industrial assets, the warehouse opened its doors in 2017. A number of restaurants and a gas station border the property.
The cross-dock warehouse features 32-foot clear heights, 80 loading docks, three drive-in doors, 185-foot truck courts and parking spaces for 102 trailers and 176 cars. The building can be expanded in the future to include additional loading doors, trailer and car parking.
Managing Director Mike Chambers and President Nathan Anderson will lead the NAI leasing team for the property. Last year, a different NAI team was tapped to lease a new Prologis asset 15 miles to the west.
