New Fairfield Inn & Suites Coming to Miami
Hotel manager Naples Hotel Group was awarded the contract to oversee development and operations for the new hotel.

Miami—The Naples Hotel Group has acquired the development and management contract for a new Fairfield Inn & Suites in Miami Lakes, Fla., the company announced recently. As part of the contract, the firm will oversee the construction of the hotel, and will manage all aspects of the opening and operations with owners AVE Building A LLC.
The Florida hotel will be located on the North side of Interstate 924 and Red Road, only 10 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, 35 minutes from Downtown Miami, 30 minutes from Miami Beach and 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. The property will be situated within AVE, a mixed-use business park, which upon completion will feature banks, shops, restaurants, office/flex warehouse distribution facilities and corporate jet hangers.
Fairfield Inn & Suites is projected to have 112 guest rooms & suites, an outdoor pool and fitness center.
Fairfield Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown/French Quarter Area, a 103-suite hotel located in the heart of New Orleans’ central business district, is the most recent Fairfield Inn hotel that opened in the past few months.
