New Fairfield Inn & Suites Opens in Manhattan
Crescent Hotels & Resorts will manage the 192-key asset in Lower Manhattan. The hotel features an open lobby, fitness center, work area and other amenities.

Marriott has opened a new 192-key hotel in Lower Manhattan. Crescent Hotels & Resorts of Fairfax, Va., will manage the Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Downtown Manhattan/World Trade Center, which offers easy access to One World Trade Center, Wall Street, Battery Park, Times Square and Central Park.
Located at 100 Greenwich St., the hotel features an open lobby with natural light. The suites include a flexible and functional design with a work area, ergonomic chairs, task lighting, electrical outlets and a mobile desk.
The living area offers a couch, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Other hotel amenities include a fitness center, valet laundry service, as well as fax and copy services.
Marriott also recently opened a 109-key hotel in Pittsburgh, located within the open-air lifestyle center McCandless Crossing.
