New Hilton Hotel Opens Doors in Atlanta

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody

Atlanta—Hotel Development Partners (HDP) has announced the opening of the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody, located within the city’s Perimeter Center. Jason Caughron is leading the hotel team as general manager, alongside Trudy Sankey as director of sales. Atlanta-based Hotel Equities serves as investor and manager of the destination.

The 132-key hotel anchors a mixed-use project including 25,600 square feet of retail and restaurant space at 4565 Ashford Dunwoody Road. The property offers convenient access to I-285 and is less than 30 minutes away from downtown Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

“This hotel is the finest Hampton Inn and Suites in the country, offering a superior guest experience at a great price. Over the next year, an upscale restaurant will join the hotel, Corner Bakery and Sleep Number Beds within the development at Sterling Pointe, offering a unique destination dining experience for the Perimeter Center market,” Allen O’Brien, CEO of Hotel Development Partners LLC, said in prepared remarks.

HDP is also developing a 127-key Residence Inn by Marriott and 16,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space one block north, at the Spruill Center. The property is scheduled to open in May 2017.
