Noble Investment Group has opened StateView Hotel—a 164-key property in Raleigh, N.C.—which is part of the Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott International’s distinctive range of independent hotels. The StateView is located on the North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus.
Located at 2451 Alumni Drive, off the shores of Lake Raleigh and adjacent to the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center, the development is across the Arnold Palmer-designed Lonnie Pool Gold Course and minutes from the heart of downtown Raleigh.
Common area amenities include a signature restaurant and bar with private dining, fully equipped business and fitness centers, outdoor event terraces, outdoor pool, as well as more than 10,000 square feet of first-class, high-tech meeting space.
Plans for the campus call for 9 million square feet of state-of-the-art commercial, residential, laboratory and research facilities, according to a statement by Noble CEO Mit Shah.
“Conceived in tandem with the senior leadership at North Carolina State University, the StateView was intentionally designed to service the needs of major companies, research entities, students and faculty that call the Centennial Campus and its surrounding communities home.”
Back in March, Marriott topped out a 250-key Autograph Collection Hotel in Silicon Valley’s Menlo Gateway, which is slated to open in January 2018.
