New Residence Inn Hotel Opens in Las Vegas

Las Vegas—Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport by Marriott has just opened in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 131-key hotel is owned and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management of Fargo, and will be operated under the Marriott brand.

Situated in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip and only 4 miles from McCarran International Airport, Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport provides easy access to Hoover Dam, Las Vegas Speedway, T-Mobile Arena, Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas Convention Center and Thomas & Mack Center. The hotel offers studio, one- and two-bedroom suites, featuring well-lit work desks, ergonomic chairs and fully-equipped kitchens, with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.

Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport amenities include complimentary hot breakfast, grocery delivery service, 24-hour on-site food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and on-site guest laundry room. The hotel also offers access to a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials, as well as a swimming pool, whirlpool, exercise room and Sport Court.
