CSW Development has broken ground on their new 42-acre, 250,000-square-foot retail center in Georgetown, Texas. The project will be located north of Austin, at Interstate 35 and Texas Highway 29.
Wolf Crossing will include several restaurants, medical facilities, neighborhood service, a hotel and a grocery store across 14 buildings. The retail asset will serve as a gateway to Georgetown’s historic downtown and feature a trail head, connecting the city-wide trail system along the San Gabriel River. The location is strategically selected, as Georgetown is recognized as one of the nation’s fastest growing cities—since 2000, the city has recorded a 46 percent population increase.
JLL’s senior vice presidents Jon Switzer and Barry Haydon handle the marketing and leasing responsibilities for Wolf Crossing. The roster of anticipated retailers includes Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites, Verizon, P. Terry’s, Jason’s Deli, Tiff’s Treats, First Watch Café and Salons by JC.
Shop space is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2019, with store openings set for fall of 2019.
