It’s 2025. And I think I can speak for everyone when I say, “finally.”

No more “stay alive ‘til ’25.” Now it’s time to see what the year brings. No, strike that. Don’t start the year on a passive note. Let’s turn our plans into action and really advance.

For example, for those in or looking to get in the coworking sector, have you planned out your tech stack? Now is the time to explore new prop tech. In “Elevating the Platform” reporter Jeffrey Steele outlines the necessities for a successful practice, which of course, includes coffee service.

“We want to make sure each customer’s journey is as tech-enabled as possible, to make sure it is transacted as efficiently as possible, so we’re reducing the cost of customer acquisition by product,” Will Sandford of Yardi told Steele.

Now’s the time to make some positive changes!

And speaking of changes this year, I am thrilled to announce that you are going to see some big changes in our magazine. Previously, we featured digest versions of all our Commercial Property Executive articles in our digital editions, with links to the longer articles on our website. But starting now, we will feature our full-length articles in our magazine. You can still find the articles online—and sometimes with bonus information! (we’ll let you know when)—but we hope this way it will be easier for you to get all our features in one place. I hope you enjoy our new magazine, and I would love to hear your thoughts on it! Please email me at [email protected] with any thoughts. Happy New Year, and embrace those changes!
