Newcastle Partners Tops Out 147 KSF Industrial Building

Moreno Valley, Calif.—Newcastle Partners Inc. has completed the construction of a 147,000-square-foot industrial building at 17610 Harvill Ave., Moreno Valley, Calif. William Heim of Lee & Associates is marketing the new Knox Logistics Center for sale or lease. The class A facility was valued at approximately $14 million.

Situated on 8.2 acres just off I-215, the property features 104 parking stalls, 26 loading docks, 32-foot clear height, and a 122-foot truck court. Corporate neighbors include Kraft Foods, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot and other Fortune 500 companies.

“Newcastle currently has a total of four million square feet of industrial property currently under construction or recently completed in the Inland Empire region of Southern California,” said Dennis Higgs, managing partner and founder with Newcastle Partners, in prepared remarks.

Some of the company’s other current activity in the Inland Empire includes the construction of Meridian Distribution Center II, a 503,592-square-foot project in Riverside, and of a 71,000-square-foot facility in Chino. Newcastle has completed the acquisition and development of a diversified portfolio of over 50 projects totaling over 15 million square feet, representing a total investment of over $1.1 billion.
