Newmark Knight Frank Appoints New EVP
Paul Klink, who brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the new position, will lead the company's industrial services division.
Newmark Knight Frank has hired industry veteran Paul Klink as executive vice president & head of the company’s industrial services in North America. In addition to overseeing the expansion of NKF’s industrial capabilities, Klink will be responsible for recruiting new professionals and expanding client relationships. He will be based in the company’s Orange County office.
“Klink is a well-rounded commercial real estate executive with a history of enhancing service delivery to institutional customers and clients,” CEO Barry Gosin said in a prepared statement.
The newly appointed executive vice president has more than 33 years of experience across brokerage, development and property management with a focus on office and industrial assets. Prior to joining NKF, Klink was an executive managing director of investor services with Cushman & Wakefield. He also worked for Cassidy Turley, Interface Properties, Koll Development Co. and Grubb & Ellis.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Klink is also a member of several associations in Southern California, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Challenged Athletes Foundation.
