Newmark has leased 46,350 square feet at Kaizen Development Partners’ The Link at Uptown in Dallas, according to D Magazine. The company will move its three North Texas offices to floors 15 and 16 of the tower.

The new tenant will get signage on the building’s north side, facing the Dallas North Tollway. HKS will design Newmark’s interiors. The new lease comes after Newmark acquired OpenRealty Advisors and Open Realty Properties earlier in April, according to the article.

Built in 2021, The Link at Uptown offers 291,986 square feet of rentable office space, according to CommercialEdge data. It also has 9,335 square feet of retail on the first floor. Multi-level parking, offering 876 spots, is also available. Other tenants at the 25-story office tower include the recently signed Houlihan Lokey, PGM and Shearman & Sterling, according to the same data provider.

Located at 2601 Olive St., the office building is 1 mile north of Dallas’ Main Street District, surrounded by dining, retail and entertainment options. Dallas Love Field Airport is some 5 miles northwest of the property. Several public transportation options are also available within walking distance.

Executive Managing Director John Wolf represented Newmark in the lease, while Thirty-Four Commercial’s Sarah Kennington and Bryce Jackson, along with JJL’s Blake Shipley, represented the landlord, according to D Magazine.
