NGKF Adds Veteran Broker to West LA Team

Los Angeles— Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has announced the appointment of Steven Salas as senior managing director in its Los Angeles office. The commercial leasing broker, who specializes in medical and entertainment industry transactions, will provide quality commercial brokerage services to tenants, landlords, investors and developers.

Salas’ track record includes more than seven years with CBRE and more than 11 years with Madison Partners. Having completed more than 800 lease transactions totaling 4.5 million square feet throughout his career, Salas will now seek to develop a landlord agency team for NGKF, with exclusive focus on the Westside and Los Angeles.

“Steven has worked with some of the top brand names in the region creating a reputation for solid tenant and landlord work. We are excited to bring him on board to increase NGKF’s landlord offerings in LA. It’s exciting that our culture and platform continue to attract some of the best in the business,” NGKF CEO Barry Gosin said in prepared remarks.

Salas is one of four new leasing brokers hired by NGKF, in line with the poaching spree that began earlier this year with the appointment of Kevin Shannon from CBRE.
