Real estate professionals from across the country will gather in San Diego for the NMHC Apartment Strategies Outlook Conference, held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt on January 24th. Jeanette Rice, Americas head of multifamily research, CBRE and Jeff Adler, vice president, Yardi Matrix, will be leading a panel moderated by NMHC’s Mark Obrinsky. Rice and Addler will cover their views of the current real estate market and their outlook for multifamily in 2017.
Specific discussion topics include the effect of interest rate changes, supply trends, foreign direct investment in the United States and various investment strategies in the multifamily sector. Rice and Adler along with the staffs of CBRE and Yardi Matrix are excited to present their opinions and would like to thank the NMHC for the opportunity to express their views.
