Northville Park Place Adds to Its Mix of Dining, Retail and Medical Businesses
The Schostak Brothers & Company announced four new leases for its Seven Mile and Haggarty Road mixed-use development.

Livonia, Mich.–Schostak Brothers & Co. sealed the deal with four new tenants for Northville Park Place, all of which are set to open businesses at the shopping center within the next year. This comes as a preview of the new wave of leases planned to be announced in the following months.
Next month, Trader Joe’s will start construction on its newest store which is scheduled for opening in the first quarter of 2017. The business is relocating further South on Haggerty Road from the Southeast Corner of Haggerty and 8 Mile Road. Additionally, DentalWorks opened a modern facility in Northville Park Place, on Seven Mile Road, its newest addition to the network. And right next to the clinic upscale hair salon and spa One Society is opening this summer.
Brain Balance Achievement Centers will raise the curtain on their new clinic on Seven Mile Road this fall. The company is known for its services and programs providing aid to children with ADHD, Dyslexia, Asperger’s and other struggles.

Opened in the summer of 2015, Northville Park Place is a 500,000-square-foot mixed-use property in full development, with new tenants to be announced in the following months. Northville Park currently hosts various retail, medical and dining businesses, including Chipotle, Gazelle Sports and MOD Pizza.
