Panattoni Opens $15M Las Vegas Venue

Las Vegas—A new high-tech corporate and social event venue known as Enclave has opened, one year after breaking ground in Las Vegas. The developer of the property, Panattoni Development Co., has invested $15 million in the new location.

Located a mile from McCarran International Airport, the 75,000 square-foot, multipurpose venue offers 22 rooms that range in size, including ballrooms, conference, dressing and bridal rooms. The location will offer event production, beverage services, cuisine and branding for corporate events, product launches, trade shows and weddings. Enclavewill accommodate up to 3,000 people.

Eli Stearns, Jay Curiel and Keith Conrad, managing directors of Enclave, developed the project based on feedback received from corporate clients seeking space with greater bandwidth capacity to handle new demands. For that reason, the venue features walls lined with fiber-optic cable, which drove up the costs of the project.

“We have more power than the Toshiba Plaza next to T-Mobile (Arena). You could have a TED Talk without having to run any wires through the room,” Laren Rogat, marketing director for Enclave, said in prepared remarks.
