Parsons Opens First San Antonio Location
The firm has four other Texas offices in Austin, Richardson and Houston, which are all technology focused.

Parsons opened a new San Antonio office. State-of-the-art facilities offer expanded capabilities to customers.
San Antonio—Parsons’ Vice President Ken Branch, President & CEO of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Richard Perez and Sharon O’Malley Burg, CEO of O’Malley Burg Consulting, attended the opening of Parsons’ new office in San Antonio.
“Parsons’ expanded facilities in San Antonio enable us to provide best-in-class services to support our current and prospective customers in the area such as the Air Force’s 24th Air Force/AFCYBER, Life Cycle Management Center and Installation and Mission Support Center, as well as the U.S. Army Installation Management Command,” Tom Roell, Parsons Group president, said in a prepared statement. “Our investment in these facilities represents our long-term commitment to these customers and our support for the area’s growth.”
The 14,000-square-foot office located at 219 East Houston St., is equipped to meet the mission requirements of the firm’s federal and commercial customers and the increased demand for cybersecurity services. Conference and huddle rooms with 4K vizualization are available for the teams of architects, engineers and designers to get together and collaborate with customers and partners aroung the globe via phone, video and virtual reality. Additionally, the office features 2,600 square feet of secure project space to address the security requirements of customers in the intelligence community.
“With its new office and specialized focus, Parsons provides an important resource to support the expanding and unique operational cyber and intelligence missions of the Air Force, National Security Agency, FBI and other San Antonio-area-based Commands. Parsons, as a global provider of cybersecurity solutions, will continue to be an advocate and partner for San Antonio as it continues to thrive as ‘Cyber-City USA,’” added Major General Suzanne Vautrinot, a Parsons board member.
Technology-driven engineering services firm Parsons marks a 20-year history of local support for San Antonio projects, including serving as architecture engineering integrator for $3.2 billion in infrastructure planning, design and construction under a Base Realignment and Closure contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Currently, the firm is involved in area projects under a worldwide design and construction services contract with the Air Force and providing construction management services for the San Antonio Water System’s Brackish Water Desalination Plant, which is part of a program to meet San Antonio’s water needs for the next 50 years.
