Phoenix-Area Office Building Welcomes 30 KSF Tenant
GrubHub will open its fourth location, in Chander. San Tan Tech Center was constructed in 1981 and underwent renovations less than a decade ago.

GrubHub, an online food ordering company, has signed a 29,526-square-foot lease at San Tan Tech Center in Chandler, Ariz. With the new lease, the 129,000-square-foot property is 93 percent leased. GrubHub has branches in Chicago, New York and London and employs more than 1,500 people.
San Tan Tech Center, located at 145 S. 79th St., was completed in 1981 and underwent renovations in 2010. Tenants include Arvato Digital Services, Health Tell and Amkor. The single-story office building is situated 1 mile from Loop 202 Freeway and 4.5 miles from Interstate 10. The property offers convenient access to multiple restaurants, shopping centers and hotels, including Espo’s Mexican Food, Chandler Fashion Center and Hyatt Place. ViaWest acquired San Tan Tech Center in 2013 from Capital Commercial Investments.
JLL’s Ryan Bartos and Kyle Westfall negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. JLL’s Mark Gustin, Dave Seeger and Karsten Peterson, worked on behalf of the landlord. Last year, Bartos represented Upgrade Inc. in its lease negotiations at Renaissance Center I, a 533,000-square-foot Phoenix office high-rise.
