Planet Hollywood International Introduces Luxury Brand: ph Premiere

Orlando–Planet Hollywood International, creator and renowned developer of restaurants, resorts and merchandise stores which capitalize on the universal appeal of movies and television, is expanding with its first luxury brand, ph Premiere. The brand will debut with ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando, a flagship condo-hotel located just minutes away from Orlando’s famed theme parks and attractions.

The 547-key upscale hotel will be developed by Azzurra Development and will feature a variety of stylish accommodations and condo residences, including pet friendly suites. Each suite will detail color palettes of elegant neutrals, including ivory, champagne and caramel, accentuated by custom woven carpets, porcelain wood plank details and plush accent runners. Contemporary furnishings, including sofas, benches and seating will be upholstered with custom, luxe fabrics. The project’s design visionary is Arquitectonica, while Miami-based Fortune International Group is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the property units.

Amenities include a lobby bar, an indoor/outdoor poolside lounge, a lakefront bar and grill, rooftop fine dining and other specialty restaurants. The outdoor pool will feature a 35,000-square-foot amenity deck with a playground. The hotel will also boast a 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility that will offer weight training, yoga and Pilates, with personal trainers available upon request. The spa will be equipped with a sauna, whirlpool, steam room, wet and dry massage treatment rooms, Hammam bath and body treatments, manicure and pedicure services, as well as waxing and facials.

ph Premiere Resort-Residences Orlando will be situated on the shore of the 400-acre, spring-fed Lake Bryan, in the heart of the Lake Buena Vista district, with the beach being just steps away offering boating, sailing and other water activities.
