Poll: Should firms invest more in new technology?

As we start of the new year, last month’s poll asked real estate firms about their main goals for 2017. A whopping 50 percent said they were focusing on expanding their portfolios by entering new geographic markets, while 38 percent said they were rationalizing their portfolios by exiting certain markets or property types.
